New Privacy Policy at I.B.M.

I.B.M. will not use genetic information to screen job applicants. See here.

This is a private initiative, what will Congress do? In 2003, the Senate passed this bill. The 109th Congress is trying to pass a new bill, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2005.
