Summer Reading 2

I never read the first book Agatha Christie wrote, The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, and am I enjoying it enormously. Quite a vocabulary... I have learned so far: rubicund, dipsomaniac and vegetable marrows...

I chuckled reading this:

'But that is certainly not the sort of information that Caroline is after. She wants to know where he comes from, what he does, whether he is married, what is wife was, or is, like, whether he has children, what his mother's maiden name was-and so on. Somebody very like Caroline must have invented the questions on passport, I think."

Would Agatha Christie write today: Somebody very much like Caroline must have invented the questions on setting on-line accounts.

I just gave my 1st grade teacher's name to YouTube... Thank you, Madame S..., for teaching me to read, and for providing me answers to "security" questions....
